šļø What Could Possibly Go Right? With Danny Meyer
šļø Tomorrow, Oct 26 at 1:00 PM ET.
Danny Meyer built a multi-billion dollar business on an idea most operators treat as decoration: that how you make people feel is the actual product.
He opened Union Square Cafe at 27. He grew Union Square Hospitality Group into some of the most respected restaurants in New York. Then he took a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park and turned it into Shake Shack, now a global public company. Same principle every time, applied with a discipline most people mistake for softness.
What makes him worth an hour is how that holds up under pressure. Anyone can be generous when business is good. Danny's whole record is about staying generous, with customers and with his teams, exactly when the market says to tighten up. In a year where most leaders are being told to play defense, that's a rarer point of view than it should be.
He's live on Collective[i] Forecast this Monday, October 26, taking questions from the community.
Can't make it: the recording, plus every past Forecast session, lives on Intelligence.com afterward.
